Members of the Hope Response Coalition and Purple Binder President Joseph Flesh in a training session at SER in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood.

This was a busy week for Purple Binder, as we welcomed two new organizations into our ever growing group of partners across the City of Chicago:

Welcome to the Domestic Violence Help Line  and the Hope Response Coalition!

The Help Line is a free and confidential number, called day and night as a resource for domestic violence services.  It is for victims, family, friends, perpetrators and professionals. They’re experts at placing callers into shelters for victims of domestic violence, and they’re using Purple Binder to refer their callers into the myriad other services that they need.

The Hope Response Coalition is a community of social service organizations that serve the needs of Chicago’s Little Village, Pilsen, and Bridgeport neighborhoods. Enabled by the Greater Chicago Food Depository, they’re implementing Purple Binder to keep track of all of the services offered by their coalition.

Working with community organizations is always a pleasure for our team. We look forward to working with the Domestic Violence Helpline and the Hope Response Coalition in the coming year, enhancing the services that they bring to their clients.
